Why would they do Cartoon Versions in Comic Packs??? that sort of kills the point: you've got DVD packs for your Purple Snake-Eyes and Bright Blue Cobra Commanders and the ilk...

well, there is the fact that Hasbro has stated unequivocally in QnAs that the line in it's current incarnation will be going on hiatus during the movie. (just like they've done for Star Wars and Transformers during movie years...)
but they've also said we'd continue to see classic ARAH characters, be it within the movie line as filler or through exclusives... But jsut like the current "Droid Factory" Star Wars Legacy figures you can count on them being branded in the Movie Style...
