I know first hand they make up their own rules. My home address and Credit Card, AND NAME was banned because I ordered 4 of the Mcq. Luke. When I called and complained they passed me off to a supervisor that stated they made the judgement calls. Since I placed multiple orders to skirt the limit, my business was no longer welcome.

So when I placed an order a few days later, they canceled it and it was just for normal Star Wars stuff that they still have in stock.

And a few months later I tried to order the Transformers Pepsi Prime, same thing, order went though, and they canceled a bit later.

So basically if I need more than they allow of something now, I'm more careful and have a handful of Names/addresses/credit cards I can use.

Never do I double up on any name anymore with more than the per order limit.

Ugh, don't know how much longer I can hold out only because I'm supposed to work midnight shift at Toys R Us tonight and I shouuld be in bed....

I managed to get my PDD destro last year after work... I think it was like 6 o'clock pst so that would be "night" for people on the east coast.

hasbro is weak sauce. i placed an oder for 2 yesterday and an order for 2 today. I hope i get them!

I was up about 38 Hours straight trying to get Alt Nemesis, Even placed a phone order. They didnt honor my Phone Order. It was a total Sham.

They told me that they ran out when they put them up, when they never did. I called after I saw it say sold out all of a sudden when I kept hitting reload over and over.

HTS is a blessing and a curse.

Sometimes they come through with flying colors
Close to launch when they had a bunch of items for $0.00 and you could order as many as you wanted.

Other times they are the worst online store with damaged product and a broken site.

Well, technically they could still consider that as multiple order if they wanted to. It's a judgement call as Butters Stotch said. It's not like an army building unit. I suspect they just want as much people to enjoy the figure. Not limit it to the few. I'm all for it though. Everyone should get a chance.
