Yeah i was thinking just the other day that Hasbro is getting kinda lazy when it comes to original figures. It seems as though they are happy to just add a new accessory or paint scheme to an exsisting figure instead of making a larger variety of characters. How ever business is business and it is cheaper to add an already exsisting accessory or change the paint scheme and sell it and completests, like me, shell out the money every other week. Luckily I am terrible at math so I have not done the math to see how much I have spent on these figures. I will admit I buy at least two of everything to keep one moc and open one. Plus I have bought tons of extras for customes I never have a chance to complete!

I an actually really annoyed by this, there are only about 70 characters in this line at most, and almost three times that number of figures, that is truly disappointing. I know its profitable for them to do this, but wouldn't it be just as easy to release the same figure on the same package as part of a wave, or just release enough the first time to satisfy collectors?

I don't mind repaints if they are used to create new characters. For example Wild Weasel and Snow Job worked beautifully, as did many of the original 13.

Aren't the comic pack Breaker and the RAM Breaker the same version, just with different (i.e., "missing") webgear?

I really don't mind it as long as the figures change. I mean keep on giving me snake yes and storm shadows as long as they look different. But I am tired of seeing Duke and CC. Also I wish they would release the Viet Nam storm shadow and SE. I would love to see "Classified" done 25th style.

Speaking of Breaker. What are folks doing with the extra one? The only thing I've thought of is to pretend he's a greenshirt.

I'm going to do some custom with him, not really sure what.

At this point I swapped his webgear with a Viper and gave the Viper's gun and pack to my televiper. The Viper I intend to repaint as a Trouble Bubble Driver. No ideas for Breaker with vest yet though. Any suggestions?
