I called about the DVD packs and gave the DCPI. The lady forgot to mute the phone and I overheard her speaking almost at a whisper to another employee about 4 of them being in stock. This is why I pay attention when I'm on hold. She gets back on the phone with me and goes well we had 4 this morning but they are all gone. So I asked her to check the other store and she said that she couldn't and quickly hung up.

So I decided to validate her story so I went to the Target on Seigen land and there they sat two sets of them. So I grabbed both one to open and the other to return to the other Target which told me the truth when I called them. Don't lie to a guy who has worked and teaches information security. I will sniff you out and find any mistake you may make.

Nice...I would got a name and then would went to guest services and slap her with those DVDs!!!

It's not serious it just annoys me. If they would've said sir we have them but we would really like to keep them for ourselves or sell them on E-Bay I could respect that and move on. But lying to me is a whole other ballgame.

I'll tell you how to really stick it to them...sell me those two dvd packs at cost and I wont look at my target here in West by God Virginia for them!!!
