the good news is, they also stated they are prepared to make either the Flagg, Terror Drome or Defiant if any retailer picks it up.

Couple of points to be made here, a lot of the new vehicles are actually heavily new parts. I'd say the RAM is all new and the Vamp is mostly new, 1/4 the Trubble Bubble is at least retooled and half of the Air Chariot is retooled/new. The Armadillo's top half is also retooled. So there's a lot of new stuff being made to look like it's old molds.

Also, Hasbro didn't scrap the Mauler, Master Collector did. Master Collector would be making so few of them that it was cost prohibitive to fix the mold twice,(Once for the wheel, the second time for where the turret connected) that may not be true for Hasbro if they were to mass release it.

If we were to get a Skystriker it would have to be all new as the mold is lost/destroyed (like others have said) also, IIRC, it wouldn't stand up to today's safety standards. So it doesn't much matter if we had the molds anyway.

No kidding, my mom bought me a Sling shot from the Dolly Madison Bakery when I was about 9-10.

Man, back then if a toy didn't shoot a missile a good 10 feet, it wasn't very good.
