Thursday, by about noon. The people will actually be ready with their laptops from the Con to put pictures for their auctions up.

Last year I bought my gold PDD that way. But, I can guarantee there will be 5X the number of those gold PDDs produced this run for CobraCommander exclusives. Won't be worth the $100.00 people are asking, only the anxious, gotta-have-it-now'ers will panic and buy at that price. You won't miss the boat if you don't buy on Thursday, trust me.

btw, gold SDCC PDD's have dropped severely in price. I just saw a super-MINT carded one go for $215.00, a far cry from the $425.00 - $450.00 they were catching 5 months ago.

I actually went to their websit cux I wanted to order other exclusives and well the prices were like kryptonite...

I honestly don't think these are going to be that hard to get once they are actually released at the con maybe the variant, but not the basic figure. People are charging crazy pre-order prices because of piper panic and the fairly recent rise in price of the PDD on saturday during sdcc last year I got the PDD off ebay for BIN for $14.99. During joe con last year I got 2 pipers on friday I think on ebay one was BIN $45 and the other was BIN $55 (the worst part was I gave one to a freind for a birthday present) I never thought they would go up that much. I have found with convention stuff if you keep your eyes on the ebay auctions the weekend they are released closely enough you will get one for a fair price. Also hasbro has said there would be more of these then the PDD. Don't forget this time last year hasbro wasn't pushing the GI Joe line that hard. This year they are pimpin a movie, cartoon and full line of figures and vehicles at SDCC. I think they will have plenty just because it is going to be customer relations disaster if there aren't enough to go around and the whole point of this item is to promote GI Joe to as many people as possible. I don't think these will be very hard to get for under $30 on ebay come next week. Dealers on ebay are just capitalizing on the panic, that won't last
