Me, too. I know we have "Swamp Zartan" coming up, which presumably will be the more classic look, but who wanted the stupid-looking "Devil's Due" version to begin with? This is a line based on exploiting nostalgia. There is no room for lame-o updates. I hope that "Swamp Zartan" has a new face sculpt, and a non-green color to it.

Having seen the new pictures of Leatherneck, he's my pick for a re-do (and he hasn't even been released yet!!!!). He's the wrong colors and Hasbro is reusing Gung Ho's head...again.

I like his new look, I really do, but it tends to stand out a little amongst his other, more 'retro-looking' allies. A more classicly themed Zartan could also be used as a basis for the likes of Zandar.

On Serpentor, although I find his colours a little muted I like the overall design so wouldn't need an 'update' for him.

My girlfriend found some vehicle packs for me last night. She made the comment that the figures didn't look very good. Opening them today, I found most of the figures a bit disappointing also. Double Clutch and Steeler's helmets don't fit too well. Clutch's upper and lower legs are a different shade of green. But I was very disappointed in the Tele-Viper figure.

First off, it's just a Viper with a different head and a vest. Sure, the Tele-Viper is a branch of the Viper Corps, so I could see reusing most of the same uniform. But the hands are awful. They weren't a good idea for the Viper, but they worked. For the Tele-Viper, they're just terrible. The neck joint is too low. Again, it works for the Viper, but that head was all helmet. And there are no accessories - not even a sidearm to defend himself if the Trubble Bubble is shot down and he survives. No communication equipment for him to fulfill his role in the Cobra army as a communications expert.

Please, Hasbro. This figure deserves better. He deserves his own card. He deserves a less repugnant face. He deserves hands not riddled with arthritis. He deserves some accessories. And I know this is pushing it, but I'd like his helmet to be removable. This is one figure I'd like to have couple of. But not if it isn't made better.

I would redo Duke, just cause those HORRID ARMS are reused on like 70% of the figures so at least then the arms would be better.

serpentor,even on the back of the card,if you look closely at the shadows for the next wave he is in,his shadow is the classic serpentor with the high cobra neck collar,but in reality we get some cheesey hybrid with a weird smirk on his face,whats that about?
