With all of the hate being spewed, let's give some love to Hasbro for producing some of the SWEETEST Joe toys since the ARAH line. The newer stuff is top notch, and readily available at your local store, online, or from Ebay.

Hahahahaha. Truth.
But I'll back him up. The last two waves of POC, comprised entirely of kit bashes, were two of my favorite waves. I have purchased every single POC figure released. A lot of them in multiples. The articulation is the best in their scale, the gear is top notch and the sculpts are awesome. Nothing available in the mass market comes even close.

Thanks for the 25th, Modern Era and POC figures. I'd sold off all my 80's toys on ebay out of necessity 9 years ago. It's awesome that I had a chance to buy modern updates of a bunch of stuff I no longer had and stuff I never used to have (Rattler, HISS Tanks, VAMP and Skystriker especially!)

There's a reason my desk is littered with the little guys... they're the tightest (read: most awesome...) toys in the small scale action figure market. Star Wars doesn't hold a candle, and the Marvel stuff is sweet, but not sweet enough. One of the best things about GI Joe is that apart from the core characters the "cast" of supporting toy guys are really open to interpretation for personality and ability. A Cobra Shock Trooper can be a royal screw-up or an awesome piece of ass-kicking waiting to go at you.
Hasbro does not need to apologize for anything as far as I'm concerned... except over-producing Arctic Destro... |

Awesome thread. Honestly, there is so much whining and crying on here about how "Hasblo" (stupid and highly un-creative by the way). It always makes me wonder, if Hasbro is so bad and their product is crap, then why the hell are you here? "Hasbro sucks! When are they going to make something worth a damn?" But yet, here they are on a Joe website, talking Joes and buying Joes. If you're not happy collecting Joes, stop buying them, delete your Tank account and go piss and moan about Transformers or Green Lantern...

Thanks for bringing back some pretty fond memories of me playing with my friends when I was a lot younger and the worlds seemed like a much simpler place.

I'm not saying "thanks" because they're not giving them for free, but i gladly say "great job", because they're doing it really well!

To Hasbro : Thanks for sticking it out, with all the whining we collectors do, you keep bringing GIJoe back and keep improving things. PoC has been incredible. I've got multiples of every PoC figure released and have massive pre-orders for the first two waves of 30th. I'm hopeful for the next movie and totally supporting the brand 100%. Considering how I felt after RoC came out, you have done what I thought was impossible.
There's always room for improvement and it's impossible to please everyone so the majority of comments will inherently be negative and critical of what Hasbro has done/ is doing/ will do, but if we didn't love the brand, we wouldn't even be bothering talking about it at all. Here's to Hasbro. You've done well in seperating me from my hard earned cash !
