SO....I missed all of the Joe items because I could not get on at that time (my scedule)....but at 1:30pm I was able to finally abel to get on and get my Sentinel, Mighty Muggs, Mini Muggs, and Indiana Jones.....after 45 minutes and a BS message.
Getting on the site (Easy) Putting items in cart (Easy) Getting through first 5 steps of checkout (EASY) COMIC2011 Code working (EASY) Finalizing payment with credit card or paypal, I tried both (45 Minutes!!!) To top it off, at about the 30 minute mark I called Hasbro customer service and here's the message I got..... "Hasbro Customer Service Representatives are in a staff meeting and are unable to take your call at this time, please use our automated online customer service or try again later." FN STAFF MEETING!!?? At one of the busiest times of the year?? ....Your service failed us all today in EVERY aspect I can imagine. It's one thing for an item to sell out quickly, it's another to have errors in your processing system and then to not answer your damn phone. What a train wreck : (

The whole "Staff Meeting" was the biggest sign of cowardice I've ever seen in a company.

i was on this morning for the starscream striker...
had one in the cart...checkout...timeout...fail relog back in...put it back in the cart....checkout...timeout...fail relog back in again...put it in the cart...checkout...timeout...fail i call up...and got the same message and that was at about 11:30-40 EST this morning...so that's one long ass staff meeting oh and story summary i never got that fucking jet...oh well saved me a shit ton in commissioning the rest of the coneheads from "target strikers" |

I had this exact same problem...only I was on hold for over and hour before I got that message about the "staff" meeting...bunch of morons...I had all the Joe exclusives in my cart and ended up getting NONE of them...I watched as they all slowly trickled out of stock and through my fingers...this is serioulsy unacceptable...
...and that's not even mentioning the six hours of F5ing all morning before that...
