atleast you stand a good chance of getting boxes that are not sliced by box knives. i've already found more than one set at tru and all of them were cut badly by whomever took them out of the case.. my order has shipped and i kept this order because my others are cut up.

I got a question for you all:
I recently got my 2 sets of wave 1 vehicles in a week after my two sets of wave 9, and I had them shipped, along with an extra RAM/Flight Pod and HISS. For some reason, they broke it down into three packages and sent them all separately. No idea why. Shipping ended up being $95 and change. No one gave me the heads up that it would be split up this way. I also collect 1/6 military figures, and I've had as many as eight sent at once, and there was never any need to have the shippment broken down into more and more boxes. Not entirely happy with all this. I guess my question is if anyone else has had their shipments split up before from BBTS. |

If you're not using the pile o'loot function, your items simply ship as they come in and the payments clear.
That one item arrives a day or so later does kinda screw you over, since they've already boxed up and sent out some of your items as the other arrive in their warehouse. However, if your loot's turned on, they won't ship till you tell them to. If all that junk you mentioned was in stock and ready to ship at the time of request, they should've boxed it up accordingly. The only instance I can figure would be that to ship several smaller items still worked out cheaper than a giant ass box or crate. I've got a fairly large order coming Tuesday, shipping was only about 30 bucks or a quarter tank of gas, as it seems to be trendy to relate the two these days. |

You'd be surprised by how many folks don't.
Huh, maybe when you gave them the go ahead to switch out your wave nines they opted to ship them immediately [Assuming that's what you did]. As for the vehicles, I have no idea why those be separate packages. Either way, post their response, I'm kinda interested. |

BBTS finally got back to me today and said the order was too big to fit in one box, so they split it up between three. No appologies or sympathy, but it's assumed, so I'm not bitter. I did say that they should make a point of letting people know beforehand that the order has to be broken up into parts. I'll remember that next time Hasbro releases a ton of vehicles again.
When those packages arrive, they'd better all be on the same day, and they're better be HUGE! |
