Oh yeah, they're listening.
1 - We've got a Flint with proper rolled-up sleeves and gloves, not to mention better articulation. Sure, it's TF, but we'll get a few repaints down the line, certainly. 2 - We've got vehicles, and lots of them. Keep up the support for the Flagg baby! (Not to mention everything else.) 3 - They've fixed Duke's arms... Well, they've fixed the swivel joint anyway. I guess it remains to be seen whether or not he's actually got the ability to bend his arms at a 45 degree angle and hold a rifle properly. Now they've just got to fix everyone else who used those POS arms... So, the point is, no matter how many wet blankets come into a thread and say the inevitable "be thankful for what Hasbro gives us" line, KEEP UP THE COMPLAINING! As long as it's done in a somewhat thoughtful and logical manner it does seem to work! That being said... 1 - Hasbro, please reissue the Original Thirteen in a box set in cartoon colours, NEW PROPERLY ROLLED UP and ARTICULATED arms, and accurate webgear (ie: Short Fuze and Zap). Don't just paint those V1 Snake Eyes gloved hands flesh, either - use bare hands from another figure. Think of the parts you'll save - we could get that light green Steeler from the show, a dark grey/green Grunt (try and fix that neck thing, and no stubble!), a tan Clutch, a red pads Grand Slam, Hawk with some silver bits to him and bare hands, and plain old reissues of Snake Eyes, Flash, Scarlett and Stalker (preferably with bare hands, not painted gloves though). Rock and Roll, Breaker and everyone else would just get new proper rolled sleeves, and Zap could be the new figure. Heck, if you want this to REALLY sell, make it an original 14 or 15 and add Shooter and/or Sparks!!! Everyone would have some new gear, too. 2 - Please make the big playsets (Flagg, Terrordrome, HQ) as exclusives somewhere. |

By the way Hasbro has a new pic up of Tiger Force Duke and they are now showing him having our beloved "Duke arms". Here is a much deserved sarcastic YAY! |

You are exactly right because I remember seeing a pre-production Red Star figure with those same arms, but when the figure was released it had "Duke arms".
By the way Hasbro has a new pic up of Tiger Force Duke and they are now showing him having our beloved "Duke arms". Here is a much deserved sarcastic YAY! i need to see these hideous duke arms..... i hope they dont ruin my tiger force duke :( |

Hasbro is listening to collectors, but it's not necessarily because they care or are trying to do us a favor. They simply are a company that is taking feedback from its customers and using that to better sell them a product which just happens to be toys.
