Hello everyone. I am new to the group here, this is my first post. I collect the new 25th Joes and vehicles currently. Have been into Joes since the early '80s if not earlier, as I also liked the 1964 12" Joes on up thru the Adventure Team Guys. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to collect any of those, I was too young/stores didnt carry any in my area. But when the 80's Joe hit, I was hooked, the amazing artwork grabbed my attention immediately, and I was absorbed into the futuristic concepts of the Mobile Strike Force. My first figures were Breaker and Short-Fuze, and next came Stalker and Snake-Eyes. I can remember when the VAMP with Clutch was only $6 dollars!! Well the figures at K-mart were like $1.75 or something! Good times!!
Well to the point of my question about Doc. I have read thru many posts on this site already, btw. Is there another form (besides the one included in the comic packs) to use to order more than one Doc figure? And do you have to have those Battle/Flag Points to do this or was there some other way? I thought I saw some kind of revised form online somewhere... I know it is late in the game but I'll probably still send my 6 red stickers in to get mine, if its not too late. Would like to get two if possible. Thanks. PF |

There was an updated form on the official Hasbro G.I. Joe site that you could print off which stated you could send in 50 battle points and 4 something bucks for an additional Doc figure. Plus of course, the 6 stickers and shipping and handling for the first Doc. I'm not sure if that form is still up though.
Update: I just checked gijoe.com and if you scroll down the news section far enough, the form is still there! Last edited by Mr. Strick9; 08-17-2008 at 04:31 PM.. |

That would be a better way to get one, maybe I'll be able to do that soon to get my second one. BTW Snowcat would be an awesome vehicle to redo, with a new Frostbite! |

Thanks Mr. Strick9, I'll take a look at that. I've gotta admit though, it seems that Doc is one of those characters that should be a "regular" release. I think I've heard some folks speculating about this already. Can't imagine that he won't make a comeback, hopefully in the same (original) style.
