With the smaller vehicles being spotted coming out at K-mart....
We need something like The Pit, or a Terror Drome...I don't think we're ready for a USS Flagg or a Defiant this early on... I'd definitely like to see the three tiered Mobile Command Center...or a new Diorama playset of Cobra Mountain done right. The Valor Vs. Venom version was crappy. Thoughts? |

I know we would like some playsets, but the large stuff would be so expensive. I started a thread in relation to that problem and asked for others to give their thoughs. I would love to see a new Joe HQ or affordable Cobra "base" though.

It could be affordable if they keep them in the realm of the star wars larger vehicles like the At-At and the Falcon. I'm thinking anywhere from 59.99 to 69.99.
It could be cool too if the release them in sections, so when you're done buying, you have all, say like three pieces of the playset. Release each piece at 49.99, 3 pieces each, then you have the whole deal when you're done. Though each piece individually could function on it's own as a playset, and then as a whole when you have all three connectible play sets to form the larger Terror Drome or The Pit. |

i would like to see a playset, and i would be happy with any of these
the terrordrome the flagg gi joe hq the general the mobile command center the rolling thunder the defiant this topic has been rehashed about a zillion times since the toy convention, that only means that tons of us want to buy a big playset, i hope hasbro takes notice that this topic keeps returning because"WE WANT TO GIVE HASBRO OUR MONEY FOR A PLAYSET!" now many of us discussed over and over how we wanted cartoon related figures and now we have them, so i say all of us who want a big playset keep pushing the issue on the boards and to hasbro at the conventions and hopefullly they will take notice and make one |

I agree with the modular idea. If they sell a base in 3 or 4 sections for $35 a piece that could either stand alone as a bunker of sorts or all attach for a large base, it would be a huge success! The problem is that none of the classic molds or designs really lends itself to this concept. So in order to do this, they would have to newly design a modular base. They could do a joe and cobra version with small differences to distinguish but use essentially the same mold! That would so rock!!
