I just got Beachhead tonight and was reading his info wouldn't a rail gun that could go through multiple buildings be a bad thing if you didn't know where all your friendlys were?
I know that it would have some kind of maximum range, but an armor piercing metal rod would easily go through several layers or brick, glass, and sheetrock walls. |

No worse than the fact he would have to cart around a small nuclear power station for the power supply as well as a cooling unit for the rail gun (thankfully we didn't get those with the figure though a nuclear power station does have some cool diorama possibilities ;) )

Never mind that, they say its a railgun, yet how small is the damn thing?? With a barrel that short the round would barely drop out the end of it,it should have been the same size as marauder's barret .50 sniper rifle... i love the sculpt and styling of it,it just needs to be BIGGER!!!

Never Flint I will never realize it.
It doesn't actually fire plasma plasma is a by-product of the shell launching, which means on top of it traveling so fast it's also super heated. It would be like calling a normal gun a ignition based projectile weapon. |
