Hey Everyone,

We've noticed that quite a few of you have larger-than-allowed signature sizes. Links and things of that nature are ok, we're talking the actual size (both dimensions and kilobytes).

We've been sending out Warnings (not infractions, just warnings/heads up) on sig sizes, but we want to make sure that everyone is following this rule. As more and more users visit from their mobile devices, larger sigs cause a lot of unnecessary lag. We want to ensure that everyone has ease of navigation when visiting, regardless of what platform you/they choose to use.

Only ONE picture per signature.

Signature pictures are to be no larger than 100KB in file size.

Sig pics should be no larger than 300 pixels in height and 500 pixels wide. We do not want the images to stretch the pages or take up the entire page. This size rule also applies to text. Hisstank.com and it's Staff reserve the right to remove any signature image or file over 100 KB, to ensure the best possible page load time for users on slow speeds.

If you are curious as to where your current sig pic stands, click your 'right-mouse' button on your picture, and check it's Properties. If still you are not sure, just ask.

Do NOT steal bandwidth from other sites.
Make sure the picture you use is one you host yourself, or that somebody else has uploaded for you.
