It's the handle of a folding frying pan, it unfolds and then fits onto the top of the little cylindrical camp stove (I thought this was a lantern until I figured out how it plugged into the frying pan)
You can make a cool little snow-blind / lean-to using the ski's, ski poles, and white blanket. I snapped some quick pics with my phone to give an idea. |

Special Thanks to Centone.. thanks for clearing that up for me. and also the pics of the shooting blind. I predict this figure will be on the hard to find list.

Okay, what the heck is the curved piece we see here between the rifle and the bipod? It looks as if one end is a handle of some kind. I was able to figure out what everything else is for, but this one eludes me.

I discovered tonight that the hand-post of the rifle fits right into the rectangle between the skis on the rack.
a fantastic modernization of one of my favorite early characters. |

Thank you! That was driving me insane!
Same here. I attached the sniper rifle to his pack for now, but eventually, I am going to look into a better solution. Personally, I think it's a bit too large to be hauling around the arctic. I can see the advantage to a sniper weapon in this climate - lots of wide open space. The weapon has excellent range, but a limited magazine capacity. In my opinion, Snow job would be better off with a multi-purpose weapon. Something accurate enough for long-range work (add-on scope, suppressor and folding bipod), but with the ability to cut loose at shorter ranges, if necessary. |
