This will be quick as this set, while different for the Hell Grim Reapers Squad, is very similar in function...
White Viper Squad The Good: Packaging same as before, in a word, Great! Figure Paint- There's more here than before. I had the all black and grey Delta Squad and the red Coldplay figure before getting these Exo Squads and the difference here is similar. There is a good deal more paint apps here than on the Reapers. Though their necks are painted the same dull navy-grey for some reason. Accessories see above. With the exception of their assault rifles being a bit to futuristic, boxy, and thin they still come with helmets, pistol sidearms, knives, and ammo case with SAW, Grenade launcher, combat ax, and extra joints for repairs. Gear on the figures is not too difficult to remove, but you might have to disassemble the figure which may require loosening joints with warm water or other method. The Meh...their assault rifles and neck paint as mentioned before. Also this is a different base figure than before. The range of motion is slightly reduced and some of the joints, mostly at the waist is looser than before. Not a big deal with the gear on, but with it off it is noticeable. The Ugly: Their necks are too long... This pic has the original on the left and a head and neck from the Reapers Squad on the right. Again not as big of a deal with the helmet on but without... and combined with ugly mugs on one or two of them, you're gonna wanna keep their helmets on all the time. Betty The Good: Same as before but with an even more interesting and imho better head sculpt. The Meh... I didn't notice with the Selena figure as much but their Exo Suit is much too big. I love to customize so I simply trimmed and tailored it to fit. Here are the Selena figure with new head and Betty with their new fitted armor. The Ugly... Well they did paint her neck this time but not skin tone. I wouldn't care but the sculpt looks like that's the intention. They even have another girl in the series coming out that seems to fix this issue. I wonder why they missed this on the first two. That's all for now. Here are some kitbashes from the two sets, enjoy...

I'd really like to see these pop up at some stores in the US. Probably not Target or Wal-Mart, but local comic book shops, maybe GameStop.

Yes, but none for Betty, I've already had to replace one of Selena's knees with one that came with my crossfire figure. I can find extras online, but it's a pretty glaring omission for those outside of Asia.

So they pack in extra joints because they break? Huh. The figs look nice but that seems a bit low quality.

It's not as bad as it sounds... The quality has steadily improved from the first figures released about 1-2 years ago. Those first waves were prone to paint issues, ill fitting/loose joints and the occasional break. I own 16 figures and I've had 3 breaks; one of which was my fault. I was removing the arm and didn't warm up the torso to loosen the shoulder (I use hot, not boiling, water). The only thing that worries me are the female figs as their joints are necessarily thinner. So far I've had one knee inexplicably break and I had a spare that came with a different figure.

No I've got mine for ¥60-120 each, which comes to $9-17 per figure. They start at around $20-25 in the States, right?
The more expensive ones I've gotten were individual figures, new in package. The cheeper ones were the Delta, Grim Reapers, and Viper Squads. They were a little less than $40 for 5 and 4 figure sets each. I did buy 2 open figures with missing accessories for as cheap as $3-5, but I don't include them, as they were incomplete.
