In today's new profile, we look at the version of the 1990 Locust helicopter that was included with the massive General:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....l-variant.html This little chopper is a really nice addition to a Joe air force and is fun to have around.

Been enjoying your articles for about 6 months, definitely helped give me new perspective on 90s Joes and the changes over the course of 1982 - 1994. I think the Mudbuster and Cyber Viper write-ups were the first I read.

Today's new profile looks at the 1988 Target Exclusive Hit and Run:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....t-and-run.html While the figure is the same as the standard retail Hit and Run, this special version included a unique working parachute pack.

Today's new profile looks at the 2022 Pulse Duke figure:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....2022-duke.html There's a lot to like about this guy. But, he's also odd and tough to use. His gear, though, makes the figure worthwhile.

Today we look at the 1983 Battle Gear set:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....le-gear-1.html This was an ingenious way to get new weapons into the hands of kids who lost their originals. Sadly, only the 1983 set really featured weapon colors close to the originals while the packs and helmets were drastically different.

Today we look at the 1984 Slugger:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....4-slugger.html This small tank filled a hole in my childhood collection. It definitely has some limitations. But, it's also a necessary piece that's fun to photograph.

Today we look at the 1993 Muskrat:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....3-muskrat.html I'm not sure what this figure is supposed to be. But, he's bright orange and has a helmet mounted missile launcher that would decapitate him if he used it. If that does't get you to want this figure, I don't know what will!

Today's new profile looks at the 1987 Knockdown:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....orce-2000.html I didn't have a very original use for this figure when I was a kid. But, his limited time in my collection was fun and memorable.

Today's new profile features the 1992 Spirit figure:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....do-spirit.html This is a solid update for Spirit. In writing this, though, I realized that I definitely prefer the 1993 repaint an am not the fan of this coloring that I thought I was.
