There is sufficient information and images to largely be able to recreate a solid chunk of the newly designed figures for Battle Corps Rangers and Ninja Commandoes. They would be, effectively, NEW figures to a vast number of fans (and probably justify the $20 a pop Hasbro?s charging for the things)

But nope. Got to drip feed the same old stuff just like every time Hasbro dusts off the brand?

I'd love the Battle Corps Rangers line to be released! That has been my pipe dream since they announced the return of the o-ring figures. I doubt it will happen though. I'm excited that Hasbro is doing O-ring figs again, just disappointed in the slow rollout and the lack of long term vision being provided.

As far as toys go, probably not. But in the DD comics, Blackout started as a Joe. Duke was a cobra operative in Reloaded. And Steeler was a cobra undercover as a Joe in one of the IDW early titles. Not sure if he started as a Joe or Cobra though...

Reusing the Cobra Pogo as the Cobra Invader was a great idea! It looks like a lunar lander.
