No new profile today as I have a fun figure to be posted on Halloween. But, today, you can check the Funskool Tripwire content from around the web:

Today's new profile is of the 1991 Heavy Duty figure:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....eavy-duty.html This is an underrated figure overall. Despite the fact that he has one of the most often broken accessories in the vintage line, collectors still haven't flocked to him.

Nice write up once again! I agree with 90/91 having alot of great figures in the spirit of the earlier years of the line. Just curious if you ever do vehicle reviews.

The Marauder Russian Officer hat in green would be useful for a Mummy Mask custom.

Today's new profile is the 1985 Mauler:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....auler-mbt.html It's my favorite Joe tank. But, let's face it, it's everybody's favorite Joe tank!

I never had the Mauler as a kid - I recall the first time seeing one at my friend's house when I was 10 in 1992 - it was beat up but I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I did finally acquire a Mauler 2 years ago - almost complete- ended up getting repro antennas and grenade launchers - the price for the originals was/is too much for me.
I have also had a Heavy Metal figure for as long as I have been an adult collector - I have no idea how I got him or how he survived some of my purges during my college years. |

Today's new profile is the 1993 Ninja Force Snake Eyes figure:
https://forgotten--figures.blogspot....nake-eyes.html This design for Snake Eyes blends both his ninja and commando sides into something that could have been really cool. Alas, the poor coloring and non standard articulation stopped him from being that great figure.

If it wasn’t for the hip joints, that would be one of the best o ring Snake Eyes’s.
