Found them in a collectibles store. What's up with these guys, I'd never even heard of them until now?

Shockwave is probably the best Sigma style figure made, and one of the best Joe figures ever made.

The Three you found were part of the "Combat squad" subset of the Sigma 6 brand. At the end they tried branching out a bit. Reusing molds and weps painted more "Military" style. They were right at the very end of the line and as a result wern't on shelves long.
Sad as they were some of the better figures in the line. Shockwave especially. There were actually 9 Two waves of 3 then a TRU 3 pack. Wave one was Leatherneck, Desert Wolf (dusty), and Shockwave Wave two was Recondo (Weird Tunnelrat repaint, as we had a complete other mold for recondo), Torpedo, and Alpine (( called Sgt Bolder) The triple pack had Backblast, Deep six, and Barrel Roll. The entire "Combat squad" used reused molds with different hair and facial hair and stuff, but some of the gear was new (( shockwaves stuff)) and all around they were great figs. Grab them if you find them. |

I grabbed Shockwave myself. Him and Storm Shadow (the first one) are the only 2 S6 figures I own. Had to get Shockwave though... he's my name sake!
