I thought Alameda county was bad at 9.25% but 9.75% is way worse

9.75 % is now the highest in the nation or is comparable to Hawaii. Not sure, I'm sure Gunslinger would know.

I think pico rivera is highest at 10.75% for California. Ouch! For the US it is Cook County in Illinois at 11.5%. Mega Ouch!
