ebay. Sold them all to the same guy too. Don't know why he needed as many as me. Figured he saw them as an investment.

A way to get refund if you feel overpaid for your GBHD:
1. settled the payment 2. after receipt of your GBHD, opened a dispute against the transaction indicating that the merchandise didn't arrive 3. if the seller can prove that you've received your GBHD properly, then ask for refund because of damaged goods |

I've got 1 of my own, and I know about 5 folks over at Sigma 6 Central who have them now, too...

Yes, that's what the buyer is doing now!
Remember the guy who paid usd326 for a GBHD? He bought another one at usd150 from the same seller (my friend). Payment was settled 2 weeks after the auction ended and the parcel was shipped on 19/5. Recently (3/6), he opened a dispute against this transaction indicating that the merchandise didn't arrive. After checking with the post office, the parcel was in fact received on 28/5. Guess what he replied then? 'What did I do? I have not received any confirmation number from you. I asked you a simple question and I have not yet received the answer. Had you sent me the information in the first place I never would have filed the dispute. I checked with my neighbor today and they in fact signed for the item on my behalf, which I have authorized them to do, but they forgot to bring it to me. But now we have a new problem, it has arrived damaged, so I am refiling my claim. The damage is minor, but it makes the item worth less and I was expecting better given how much I paid. I would like either a partial refund or I can return it to you for a full refund. Since I bought two items, I will not ask for the full amount because the damage could be either one, and only one was damaged. Since I paid a total of $486, I will only want a full refund of $243, or I will also accept a partial refund of $150. I have taken pictures of the item that I can send to you. But the choice is yours.' Quote:
Who are you talking to? None of use were discussing returning the gbhd. Sounds like a bunch of jerkoff moves to use either way. Lie about not getting it? Then lie again saying it was broken if that doesn't work? Hopefully, the two people you sold GBHD to you for $200+ do the same to you, since these are the types of business practices you like to use. Making sure to steer far clear of your auctions on ebay.

I'm not asking people to use this way, I just want to show how ridiculous the buyer is!

Sounds like somebody is mad about how much they paid.

My apologies, the way it was phrased I thought you were suggesting action, not showing what the buyer was doing to you. My mistake.
Talk with ebay dispute resolution. Someone who acts in this manner is suspicious of fraud and if you are proactive and contact ebay and explain your case they might rule in your favor. I'd rather do that and take the negative feedback hit than let them strong arm me like that. |

Never mind, I just want others to understand what I feel!
I think it is quite obvious a fraud. But, that buyer has over 2,000 positive feedbacks (my friend has only 100), I'm not sure whether ebay will believe. |
