Where is everybody?????

I just picked up the Cobra 25th pack (finally) at the Greenbrier Pkwy Target. They had several left of the Joes, but not the Cobra set. Plus, they had all 5 of the carded figures.

New Sigma 6 was in stock as well.

South independence target had a BUNCH of the new stuff, but 3 days later or less, and the only thing left was a sole single pack Snake Eyes. I guess theres a ton of ARAH fans here.

Picked up Torpedo, Sgt. Boulder, and Recondo at Target Springfield Mall yesterday. Had one set left.

Picked up a S6 Battlefield General Cobra Commander for $10 at TRU Woodbridge today.

The Marshall's at Potomac Mills has a S6 Dragonhawk for $13!

Well, I still haven't seen any sign of Wave 2 in Northern Va. On my commute between jobs this afternoon I stopped at the TRU/Target/Walmart in Fair Lakes and the KB in the Fair Oaks Mall. Target had pegs with a 10/15 date, Wal Mart had pegs with an 08/06 date, TRU had nothing; their GI Joe pegs are nothing but an endcap with Oktober Guard and Lady Jaye comic packs.

At the KB I briefly got really excited; they were shifting around lots of Joe stuff, and had a bunch of GI Joe boxes out. Turned out to be all "Snake Eyes Roleplay" whatnots and 2.5 S6 stuff, which ain't my thing. Ah well.

I may try a couple more places tomorrow in between grading papers.

Well, I have a potential list of 3 Targets, 2 TRUs, 2 Walmarts and a KB to visit tomorrow. In addition to the places I went today, if Wave 2 is in Northern Virginia, I will by god find it.

Well, crud.

Hit all those places. Nothing. A couple of cobra commanders here and there. A couple of DTC Monkeywrenches at one of the TRUs (not sure why I didn't buy one..foolish).

Anyway, just gonna order now from BBTS. No more wasting a beautiful saturday morning driving.
