Hit up the Target closest to me, and while they had reset the section and had the Vehicles and DVD packs out, they still had only the same pegwarmers for both Single card and Comic Packs. Infact the comic packs are the same ones they have had for three months now since the store opened.

The wife was out and reported back the Target on Gilbert and Southern had the Nem/Falcon and Tripwire/CC comic pack, and W9 sans Snow Serp and BAT. Also had Armadillo HISS and VAMP.

Target on Power and Ray only had a couple W9 (bbq, hawk, bazooka).

so, any of you ever met someone else buying Joes at the same time as you? for all the times I've frequented stores, only happened to me once and she was just shopping for someone else. now, i've had a few people walk behind me while I survey the pegs maybe just waiting their turn I guess but no one's approached me. would you guys strike up a conversation with someone you see perusing the Joe section?

I found the new comic packs this morning at the Target at 44th and Thomas. I picked up one set and the variant. Still at least a set or two left.

I've never met a Tanker in the toy isles but I did meet one at SDCC on Thursday while admiring the new figures at the Hasbro booth.

Next year we need to plan a SDCC Road Trip.

As for meeting someone, no, however I am usually very good about helping clueless parents buy the right toy.

Only ran into one person ever, and he ran passed me like an insane jackass to get to the joe isle at a TRU in my area. although there was nothing new that day he found something (single card) that he thought was worth smirking at me over. Unfortunately for him the item I was there for I was picking up for a friend and had stashed it the day before. When I got to the line behind him he wasn't smirking anymore. I would talk to another hunter If I ran into one that wasn't a self serving ass about it. Hell Ive even offered to join forces with any tankers here in Phoenix to help find stuff but so far nobody seems intrested.

Hey Roadblock I had the same idea with Badwolf as he is my neighbor and best friend. No one seemed interested when I tried the same idea. So let's figure it out we are on the west side Peoria and we hit all the west side places.
