Looking to get a bagged set of con figs. Is anyone going to the con getting the boxed set but not gettting a bagged set. I was going to get a boxed set possibly but the way the club is stageing the purchase and not telling us when they will go on sale I feel I might miss my chance. I was even planning on going till the con untill they pushed it back a week after I could no longer change my time off.
Anyhow if anyone can help me out msg me here or facebook.

went to Toys r us on Tatum and Cactus. They said they have them in the back but wont release till the 28th. most poopy

Same thing at Indian Bend TRU. I'm not sure how much I'm going to jump into the Retaliation line. I held off on the last movie, and got most stuff on clearance.

Aww who am I kidding? I cracked open a case of wave 1 Retaliation figures at Walmart tonight and I sooo want them! I knew they wouldnt sell them to me but it was nice to hold them in my hand for a while and see them in person. I packed them back up and put them on the pallet.

I must admit my joe days are coming to an official end. Te dg stuff is nice but I won't go hunting for them with every one else out there. Hopefully one of you who I have helped out will pick up a set for me.
I may eventually get a Bruce Willis Joe figure but not going to go hunting for it. I have a hook up for sdcc Jinx but even that is not getting me back into it.
So much for the 30th anniversary exciting me.

As far as vintage I only need a nf muskrat and will have all the figures fomr 82-90 that I want.

So after finally opening the single figures, I think they have a nice mix of life-like Joes and movie gimmick stuff like launchers for kids to play with. Roadblock is a fair bit taller than any of figure. But his hand is permagripped to a gun stock. I think he was the only 1/9 with this issue. No profile cards sucks. :( And the story on every card about Roadblock(!) being an ultimate ninja commando is cringeworthy.

Opened the FF Bike and it's not really worth $12.99. First, it could be any gray ninja and not the FF we all know in camo. No accessories at all. FF has ankle holes with bike pegs(!) to keep his feet on the bike and he stays on really well. The bike is a solid chunk of plastic and shoots the wheel a fair distance. If he was the same price as a carded fig, it'd be a good deal.

Guys, it's been at least two years or more since I posted. I took a break throughout the POC line, but I just found out about the release of some old favorites and I'm afraid I missed them. If u know where I can get any of the figures below please let me know. Thx!!!

Lifeline, Airtight, Sci Fi, Law and Order look at local frys often. The rest you will likely have to pay more for.
