Found the new renegades figs at the AJ walmart. Sorta kinda interested in cobra commander, but may be the first time in a long time I didnt pick up at least one in a wave. Not a big fan. Still looking forward to stormshadow.

Would like to thank Lion for your post. As soon as I saw it I drove down to An and bought one of each. I dig the new figures, my only complaint is dukes guns. They look like they are in a holster. Thanks again for keeping up on the sitings Lion.

Went to the Awhatukee Target on Ray Rd. yesterday. They had 2 Sky Strikers, a couple 12" figs but none of the 30th figs. Oddly enough, they had a bunch of PoC Dustys, a couple Zartans and about half a dozen Frosty the Destro.

There were a crapton of Capt. America figs and I was very tempted to get the Battlefield Cap (like from the movie with the Thompson SMG), but I managed to abstain.

I should have swung by the TRU over there but was already late getting back to work.
Anyone hit that store up, yet (the TRU off Ray by the I-10)?

My bet is that those are returns that someone exchanged for the new waves. That has been happening at several local stores. I guess we can be happy that they are not also repacks of old or T.H. figs. Still sucks and is why I am buying more cases these days for collecting and just army build-custom fodder with local finds

Greetings, I'm new to the site but had to get in on the action.
I went up there (toy fair) last weekend. They renovated and its smaller now but jam packed w/vendors lotsa stuff to choose from. I live in the Mesa sooo driving over there is a commitment on gas $. I picked up a an Exo-squad suit. Stopped ata CVS near there & got gouged on a POC Snowjob (I was seriously broke when that wave came out so hadda wait till now to get him)I've been hunting a POC Hawk all over the valley and have yet to see him. I missed him at retail? when I was broke but I don't think I ever seen much of the last wave of POC at all. I stopped by the Walmart on Greenfield/McKellips just scant 1st waves of the 30th but plenty of Vamps/Black Dragons. Walmart on Baseline/CountryCl-Had some Renegades CC, SE, +1st wave stragglers, no vehicles. I didn't buy the Renegades I'm on the fence about the look of em'....

Yeah I was at the TRU on ray near awhatukee the other day and they didn't have much except vehicles. The only TRU keeping up on things it seems is the one on power and the US 60. Walmart in Aj has put out the most I've seen though, they had about 6 or 7 pegs with both waves.

You need to go there more often. The Ray store has had the new figures (wave 1) more than once.

Maybe it was the chill fall air or terminal cabin fever buttt I went onna run yesterday...after missing my turn & going north on the 101 I ran the Indian Bend TRU/Terget/Ross-TRu? seriously, order some toys already or run a sale & clear out the pegwarmers, no Joes, no Predators, scant MU, losta DCUC & old Joe vehicles but no figs, Terget-must be following Tru-old ROC Joes, 4 pegscorcher Destros, 2 Jungle Vip (from this summer), Cap A sale (which are still too spensive imo + all caps & no enemies make a dull battle). Ross-GI Joe Mechs for 8$ & a rando Iron man for 5$. Stopped at the Walmart off Chapparral-no Joes(unpatriotic? you decide) buttt Star wars & TF's ad-nauseam. Then off to TJ Maxx (Camelback/Miller)-old 25th Joes & Roc Joes if you missed out the 1st time check it out, random TF's & a Iron Man 3pack (concept pack) it was only 8$ (Invis IMr, Hulkbuster looked off almost like red trash can w/armor, Camo war maacheen). South from there on Miller stopped at 2 more CVS's more POC-Dusty, Alley Viper, Recondo, at the other CVS ROC joes? waahht? it was 2009 all over again. Finally (I threw the ring into Mt. Doom & was almost home) Ross at Tempe Marketplace (didn't bother at the Terget there it never has stuff). Ross just had ROC Dusty/Sand thingy, few Tron toys, nothing really awesome.....so maybe this weekend I'll try to hit other spots...
