Power/60 KM had the Firebat, FANG/CLAW and AWE striker last night. However, someone had "liberated" Leatherneck from the package.
This morning at CC/Baseline WM I saw (still boxed up) some kind of wing display full of rerelease figures including SE w/ Timber and "good" SS. |

I saw 8 Dr. Henry Jones figs last night at one WM. If anyone's looking for one let me know, I can pick one up if your WM doesn't have an overabundance of them.

I decided to go threw my parents garage today. I still have alot to go threw, but I found my GI Joe Headquarters, its in really good condition, and not missing many pieces. I also found some GI JOE magnets from when I was a kid. I stuck them on my refrigerator right when I got home.
I also found some stuff I would like to sell. I found 2 loose MASK figures, without there Masks/helmets. I also have tons of loose vintage TMNT figures. All the TMNT figures have been stored in separate plastic bags. If anyone is interested, PM me.

I love Greg's comics. A few years ago when I was on the hunt for ARAH I used to get a lot of good deals there. I know I picked up a couple of complete ARAH BATS for $4-6. However, now I work and live pretty far from the store. I swing by about twice a year just to check out what he has. Did anyone ever hear of Caveman Comics? It was a store out in Mesa that closed in early 2006. He had a lot of ARAH and sold them CHEAP. I must have doubled my ARAH collection buying from him.

So a co-worker got me a scanned version of the comic. I plan on buying a copy, but it was nice to get the reading out of the way without worry about my fingerprints all over it or it winding up in the bathroom as reading fodder.
Anybody else read it? It felt the same as a 15 second trailer for a movie that's still 2 years away. First story was meh. Felt a little closer to Image's version (but way better artwork). Maybe I missed it somewhere, but it might have been better if it was clearer that they were starting from the beginning. I had forgotten that I read this fact in these forums by the time I started reading. I really liked the pace of the Duke story in the second part. Are you in or are you out? Hopefully they kinda keep that level of not ever truly knowing what's going on (or what might have happened). I always enjoyed stories that got you caught up or explained a little deeper why things are the way they are. I still remember the long trek from school to pick up that comic w/ Zartan holding the bow on the cover. I also like the fact you never see what's in the Pulp Fiction briefcase, if ya know what I mean. The third story wasn't a good tease. It was like finding the first couple of pages from a torn comic you never read before. Not enough to excite me for the rest, but I'm sure it gets a lot better when some "meat" gets thrown in. I also really liked the artist interpretation of the characters. Good read if you want to know why Duke's sleeves are rolled up and Hawk's aren't! |

I still can't believe Wave 10 hasn't hit AZ yet. With all the pegs filled with Recarded figures, it looks like there is no room to order more. TRU is the only place that has enough peg room for more. I would like to find another Mutt and Croc Master to open up. I also need to get my hands on a regular Wraith, since I have the variant. It seems that HTS and BBTS are sold out of the regular one.
Brian's Toys is charging $59.99 a Clear Wraith, lol. Looks like there trying to get them to pay for there Wave 10 cases...
