The Retaliation stuff definitely has the more "rubberized" mix of plastic unfortunately. It must have been part of Hasbro's cost cutting measures. One of the cool things about ROC figs was that the plastic seemed more higher quality to me.

Regardless, I still really dig the Retaliation JTs. I definitely view the Red Ninjas and JTs as the head of the class for the initial wave.

Cards were fantastic, they literally took a wave 1 case and slapped a shipping sticker on it and handed it to fedex... the box arrived in great condition and the figures were untouched. Again I was very pleased with this order from HTS.

That's a good to know and yet another great data point for HTS ordering. I've been hearing more and more positive orders from HTS recently. Way back in 2008/2009, the 25th Joes I ordered from them always got to me in pretty bad shape - ok for opening but was pretty crappy if one wanted to keep it up for display. The Rock is headed back to New Orleans to start shooting some movie called "Empire State". I sent him a message via FaceBook asking if he'll be partaking in more filming on Retaliation. I'm going to go out on a limb and say there isn't anything going on with Joe for anybody. I was at a Fred Meyer and They pulled the tags for the figurines. They still have masks,10in. figures,playsets,and the motorcycles'. Anyone else even having a bit of luck out there? Oh, I got my GIJOE monthly mag yesterday. The Dollar General figures are being show cased. Hopefully with the hold up of the movie we'll get these as well as some 30th anni. figures. Yo Joe!!!

Looks like one of the Targets down here restocked the movie figs. They were picked clean soon after release but as of yesterday they have a red ninja, and a couple each of Cobra troopers, Zartan and black CC. Someone else found 'em first as the Joe Troopers are all gone again.
