Man, i was down in Bend last weekend, and we stayed across the street from the Wal-Mart: i had to run over to get some diapers for the lad and had to poke my nose in the toy section (since wave 6 had appeared at an AZ WM) ~ talk about ghetto, the whole department looked like a bomb had gone off! they had 1 scarlet and 1 Commander from wave 4...

Man!, I managed to score The Crimson Twins and two rocket troopers earlier this week, but I hit the Targets today, and there was nothing... I've never hated Storm Shadow, Snake Eyes, and Buzzer so much, lol. One Target had EVERYTHING BUT the Twins and the Crimson Guard/Scarred Trooper 2-Pack...frustrating, but the hunt continues!

But aren't all Walmarts ghetto? Actually a Walmart Super Center opened up in Redmond not too long ago, and it's pretty nice-looking.

I checked Target today (didn't get a chance to stop by yesterday), no more Wave 5, they had SE/SS and Ace/WW, but I didn't think it was worth it to ship only those two. Sorry. I'll still keep an eye out though.

Fred Meyer has reset their toy aisles. They have three pegs each for singles and comic packs allotted. Now let's see if they get that many figures in... the Cornelius store only had two hooded Cobra Commanders today.

Just an FYI. Ran some errands this evening: Cornelius Pass Road FM has absolutely nothing. *sigh*. 185th Target has some wave 2 & 3 figs & wave 1 comics. Nothing new. Interestingly, Toy'R'Us in Tigard had Serpentor who I've only seen once before and an Ace/WW comic pack. Not much else (Buzzer & ShippWreck, I think).
Still waiting for Wave 6 to arrive widespread.

Heads Up folks!

You might want to hit up Your nearby TRU's Today I scored a Fred/Scarface 2-pack, a Jet Pack Troop, Breaker/Destro and a standard Cobra Troop, in one swoop. There were like 5 Fred/Scarface 2-packs on the rack at once...I wanted to buy two for troop building, but I know a lot of you guys like myself have been searching high and low for 'em...Might as well give you all a shot. I warn you though, it looks like they were retaped, I hope stockers aren't robbing packs for Doc tickets now...damn that would suck...good luck folks!

After not having found anything new in almost 3 stinking months, I found a fresh case of Wave 3 comic packs at Freddy's, scoring Breaker/Destro, Dreadnoks, Twins, Ace/Weasel and 2 x Fred/Scarface! I passed on the SE/SS sets because well, I already have enough SS's and SE's to last me a lifetime.

Seriously, this find restored my faith in collecting, because I was about ready to give up.
