Found Quick Kick and Spirit @ST Matthews TRU. Left 4 or 5 of each behind. Not mixed in with ROC, on it's own hook over to the right with wrong label on the peghook.

I checked Outer Loop TRU earlier, no Billy or Quick Kick. They did have the Star Wars in the retro packaging, though. It looked to me like Bespin Luke had ball hips like Joes. Anybody know anything about them?

Recondo is in wave 2. BBTS has an arrival date of August for that wave. Hell, I havn't even seen wave 1 yet

So it would seem Target stores might actually be getting in the later waves of Marvel Universe figures. And it might be that the Death Mask variant isn't as rare as once thought. So if someone wants to help this guy out...
