Are GI Joe toys literally leaving the shelves less than a couple hours upon being stocked on the shelves? wtf?

As for peg stocking... and/or stalking, it's certainly not impossible that the new inventory leaves shortly after being placed on the shelf. One of the perks to working the second shift is getting to walk into Wal-Mart right as they break into the new pallets.

It's how I got the RoC Wal-Mart Exclusive sets, the only Techno-Vipers I've ever found in a store and any number of other items.

About a week and a half ago, I was in the Clarksville WM. There was a lady in the AF isle doing return restock. She asked if she could help me. I knew she most likely couldn't, but since she asked:

"When are you getting more of these in?" pointing to the empty Joe pegs which she then scans with her little device.

"Say's here we have 21 in stock."

'21'?, me thinks. That's an odd number but maybe something will come from this.

"Let me go to my stock supervisor and see if we can get these for you."

"Thanks."

She returns about one minute later. "I'm sorry. He says being it says we have 21 out here, but don't see any on the floor means they were stolen. Because they were a collectors. They were all stolen being it was so busy around Christmas. Because they were a collectors. We probably won't get anymore in."

True story.

What happened to grammar with our employees in this world? That sounds like a BS answer from someone who didn't know the real reason their numbers were off.

I found out from one of my employees that the Dixie walmart probably won't be carrying Joes until the movie stuff hits.

Just leaving New Cut WM, and that same damn Steel Brigade Trooper was the only Joe out on the pegs. I asked a Sales Associate to look in the back for me and she did. She came back and told me, and I quote, "We have 5 pallets back there but there is a sign on them that says do not touch until..
". She could not give me the date but told me to just keep checking back every other day. WTF GIVES AND WTF IS GOING ON!?!?

That's gotta be the stuff for Retaliation. I've seen people get merch in that early before.
