Take this with a grain of salt, but I found the following info about KY Ross store locations. No idea if these are new locations or old and long dead ones (or just crap info):

* 347 Harrison Bridge Road; Simpsonville, KY 40067

* 3415 Pacific Avenue, Ste Q; Olympia, KY 40358

* 3604 Marketplace Blvd; East Point, KY 41216

Still nothing near Cincy though :(

Most of this looks to be bad info. Olympia is actually in Washington and East Point is in Georgia. However, the Simpsonville one is indicating that it is in Kentucky. It appears to be West of Louisville along I-64. Google Earth shows it as a big field though, so who knows...
