I noticed the Northborough TRU put the Skystriker on clearance for 12.99. Other TRU are probably the same.

You'd think, but no. Tru around here will discount something that cost $20, down to $20 and call it clearanced.

Not true at all. I grabbed the last one in Attleboro for $12.98 on Wed.

There are many a product that is subject to the not really clearanced clearance price. Maybe not the sky striker this time, but you got to admit tru is good for the fake out clearance price.
