The tickets were my Valentines gift. She'll go to everything, we went to Joe Con in Providence too. She is a huge Wizard of Oz fan so its not a huge jump. That head is an odd choice. They must have had it laying around and aren't planning on an official Chameleon release so they threw it on Mysterio. I expect to see a bunch of cheap and easy Chameleon customs in the next year or so. Prof X body with the Mysterio head. Yeah the body is a little too dressy but until we get another casual suit figure he'd do.

Anything you're looking for? Red Skull is the most interesting figure in wave 1. The rest is meh. Wave 2 will have the Leader I assume, who will be in demand.

A dude I talk to on toyark showed me a bunch of pics and reviewed them for me. If they are as good as he claims, I'm going for one of each character. I haven't bought much lately, and I've sold off enough. So if these are really as good as they look, I might get one of each and doubles of hulk, widow, skull, cap and Thor. Maybe hawkeye too if his height isn't an issue.

I just checked out some photos of the $9.99 Avengers Assemble figures and they're either repaints (Ult Thor, Hawkeye, Cap America, Red Skull) or kit bashes (Hulk). That Hawkeye is a little strange looking with a blonde Jeremy Renner head. The purple highlights are cool though.

The Black Widow is the best yet. The ScarJo movie figure was my go to BW but this one has a much better head sculpt. Plus it's the definitive comic BW for my money.

Maybe I'll stop at Walmart on my way home tonight just for spits and giggles. DS, I'll text you if I find anything.
