So I ordered a DC Direct Orange Lantern Larfleeze 3.75" from a china seller, and as with most figures from that line, the shoulder joint stuck and the left arm broke off. Is there a technique that would allow me to reattach the arm so it's moveable again?

I thought it was 6" until the package arrived. If I had know it was the 3.75" figures I would have passed, knowing the history of factory defects in this line.

I think I may have a solution, if it's the joint assembly I think it is. I can take a look at it next time I see you.
