$10.99. Dedham TRU is usually a buck higher than others, but it's not going to cost less than $9.99 at other TRUs. We get less and they want more. Just think about that for a minute. In February 2011, I paid $7.99 for a POC Lowlight, and now in June 2013, the same store wants $10.99 for that piece of crap, and it's made by the exact same company. It's a sobering reminder of how screwed up things are with the toy industry and a frightening warning of potential things to come.

I said "other than Joe and maaaaaybe Star Wars." They are shifting the majority of those lines over to 5 poa or less. Rather than waste extra money on figures they think won't sell well by giving every figure a decent/expected amount of articulation, they are doing the bare minimum because even if those don't sell well, they will at least have spent less money to make them articulated. Adding to that, we're getting a larger scaled Star Wars figure line aimed at collectors. Though this will allow them to give us more detailed sculpts and paint jobs, with the articulation we're used to (and some more), it also enables them to charge us a higher price because of what they are. So rather than pay $10 for a nicely articulated collector-aimed 3&3/4 ESB Darth Vader, you may very well now pay $20+ for a 6" collector-aimed ESB Darth Vader.....if you choose to do so.

I am positive Hasbro won't be going 5 POA for Joes, in fact I wuold guess that future vehicles drivers will be w/o the 5 POA. I have some faith that the next couple waves will drop w/no issues, am no where close to thinking these lines will die anytime soon...at least I hope so

I wish I could be as positive as you Mark, but I have a bad feeling that there's going to be a long wait for new stuff after the last batch of movie toys are out. Hasbro as a company has no passion for the very things that made them a powerhouse in the first place. Their lack of care for their brand is disgusting and frightening. Once they make back design and tooling costs, Joe is money in the bank for them. They are extremely foolish to be going away from that. I remember when Hasbro got the right to star wars until 2018. Seemed like a really long time away back 2005 or whatever. Thats only 5 more years before that license get's taken away, and I don't believe for a minute that disney isn't going to consolidate it's licensees. In a few years we'll be getting mattel star wars and marvel figures. should be great!

As for Star Wars, I think they will try to get away with both. They know die hard fans will still want 3&3/4" figures like they're used to so the simpler stuff will be throwaway toys for little kids that don't care for articulation and break/lose their toys easily. As for wave drops, if ROC-now are any indication, it wouldn't surprise me if a wave or two are very hard to find at retail, if they even get ordered and stocked. Though I too would appreciate a Joe line where we can finally find all of it in stores.

I'd like to get $75. Other than the black gun cover, it's complete and in perfect shape.

Why is it that the assholes who get a good price on an eBay auction with free shipping, always want tons of extra shipping shit for free. They know better, they read the description, but for some reason they get pissed that you won't drop $32 shipping on a $8 figure auction.
