Well, as a rule, I'm a Marvelite. But I love vertigo titles swamp thing, batman, hellblazer, preacher.
As far as dc toys, I don't buy them. That said the injustice figures look awesome and I do like the MOS light up figures. They are Walmart exclusives Kid, so you better head down to Charles St. If you want them. I'm not buying them for myself, but LongestDay is wanting them, so I'm grabbing them to send to him in the UK.

Saw some of those Man of Steel toys at Worcester Walmart a couple of weeks ago. Absolute rubbish, my guess is that they'll end up hanging there for a couple more years with the rest of the Green Lantern figures. Why can't Mattel take a hint with their smaller scale main-line movie figures? Just look at Batman, Green Lantern and now Superman. Even the recent Iron Man 3 crap from Hasbro has *some* level of playability although it's almost as bad in terms of quality.
To think we'd be offered these (essentially) McDonald's-level toys in 2013 for $10+ is almost inconceivable.

Rhino, Mysterio and Elektra. I'll find the case assortment at BBTS. Speculation is the Cap and Hawkeye in that assortment is from the comic pack versions getting a single card release. At least that's the hope.
EDIT: Found it http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/p...01&mode=retail BTW, Hercules and Nighthawk are clearenced at BBTS for $7 each. |

GI Mark, I think you're right.
Even at $3.99 I have to think about it. Never saw much of him in the comics I read growing up so I never knew enough about him to have a strong feeling either way. Being an X-Men fan from way back, Gladiator has more meaning to me. |
