He's about 2 years and hundreds of pegwarmers too late. He should have unloaded them sooner. I like the figure. It's a shame it has become the poster figure for pegwarmers. Although based on the Warwick and Attleboro TRUs the Wv 1 Roadblock could give it some stiff competition. However, there isn't enough of a difference in the cancelled figure to warrent spending $13. He'll be holding on to those for as long time. He thinks he has gold and everyone else sees aluminium.

Regarding that guy who's trying to sell the Arctic Destro figures:

I think what he has there is the original Arctic Destro mockup figure that uses the ROC movie Destro head and was seen in prototype photos packaged on ROC cards. There was also an earlier unreleased version of desert Zartan as well which used the Arnold Vosloo head. I think that's why he's surprised about no one being into them. However, the fact of the matter is that new head or not, it's still boring old Arctic Destro.

Update: here are the differences:
"the cancelled version has cobra sigils on his jacket, a slightly different head, and a roc stand."

Kmart has figs for 7.99. Grabbed an alley viper and ninja vehicle thingy for 12 bucks. Also scabies for free.

The RI Kmart has them for $7.49. $8.01 with tax, so be kind to the cashier and have that penny ready. Funny how the MA K-Mart is $.50 higher.

I grabbed a Wv2 Snake Eyes for my son. Now I can throw out the ROC movie Snake Eyes that I passed down. There was a case that had been put out but it was picked through.
