I think I was there at the same time!! I saw a guy run out of the toy aisle holding a transformer was that you Mainframe?
The UBP was sitting in back of the sports aisle end cap. I had a Destro Mighty Mugg in my hand...and then saw the pack.

No, wasn't me, as much as I would like to purchase other lines I don't have enough(in no particular order) Room, Money,Tolerable wife,Patience to purchase any other lines. I do see alot of dudes buying hot wheels though, man those guys always look creepy and typically wear NE Patriots sweatshirts that don't fit

I mean who's rushing for transformer toys?? have not yet seen the hotwheels guys I usually don't make it that early to Target...I usually get there between 11am-2pm when the single moms, unemployed guys and senior citizens get there

While I don't go toy hunting like I use. I always remember seeing hot wheels collectors and thinking how creepy most of them look. I thought it was just me.

not sure who in here is interested but i work at kmart in toys, and we officially recieved yesterday a case of wave 1 marvel legend fury files wv 12 box. my case count that i got is as follows:
2 spiderman 2 red/gold armor iron man 2 wolverine 1 human torch 1 punisher 1 black panther 1 stealth armor I.M. 1 sliver surfer and 1 of some other figure. i hear that there are 12 figs in the first set so they (each case) do not contain a full set. (i only mention this to those of you who buy full cases off egay or someplace) so you will need to hunt down individual figures now and then. also the barbeque/stormshadow wave of combat heros has just reached us as well. keep me informed of what people are looking for and i'll let you know if we get it in. i always hook up the board members before the normal customers as the "normal customers" consist of deadbeat hotwheels monkeys that ebay everything in sight. i do not allow them to know we have any new product until after my boys get their fill. call me what you want but id rather hand a 6 year old kid a treasure hunt car that i know he's gonna open and have weeks worth of fun with, than allow a HW resaler to come in and charge that same kids mom $20 on egay for it! to me its a moral thing i see as a chance to control. i dont hoard toys in the back room but i am aware of real people comming in to get toys for kids and i bring out the goods then. SCREW U HW BASTARDS! i'm sick of cleaning up after you when you come in! |
