Don't care for MoC. I'm opening all the ones I'm keeping. I really wish they were loose/bagged to save some money.
Dice looks good. Jinx was completely unnecessary considering we got the 2 SDCC versions. A wasted slot IMHO. I don't think I ever saw anyone clamoring for this figure before any of the figures were revealed and only a few once they were. Should be like the Transformer Sub, they should all be loose! People could have made cards to make MOSC from orginal art or create new ones many programs and people out there to do it..

Yes, I got FedEx as well so mine arrived sooner. Although its hit or miss apparently since FD got his through priority. It all depends on where you live and which post office it passes through, etc. Mike000 and I live in the same town only about 2 miles away from each other, and I got my Club footloose figure like 2-3 days before him, no rhyme or reason to it.
I took some pics and texted them to Mike000, Beam and Shadowninja, so they know I have them in hand. I would post pics but they'd literally be the same ones that are posted on HT's front page here. You'll all see them soon enough if you haven't already, probably not before Christmas but most likely next week. Jinx is admittedly a little awkward looking but I shake my head at all the guys getting so bent out of shape over it (not calling you out FD buddy, just most people in general). I'm sure there will be other figures in the FSS that, once in hand, will look crappy too. I understand that the slots for the FSS are important for new characters and that the price point is high, but I try to remind myself that they're just toys and to have fun with them. The jinx head is a little narrow but adding the red scarf helps full her out. I'm still going with my SDCC red jinx as my default, with the custom unmasked '87 movie-style head I gave her. Dice is much better than I had expected too. Really looking forward to all the rest!

Agree 100%, while I love the look of MOC (and have all of the 25th-POC-30th MOC and loose, I still would have like them loose, like the yearly membership figures come. Let those that want MOC on these guys order them for extra.

I've got all the figures I'm not interested in sold upon arrival...so I'm not worried about it from that aspect. I just thought the point was to give us stuff that people wanted and stuff that we wouldn't otherwise get. Certainly, Jinx meets the 2nd part of that, but not the 1st IMHO. I don't recall seeing or hearing anyone mentioning that they wanted a 25th/30th version of that specific figure prior to the Club showing it to us.

----- Just wondering, has anyone seen MP Prime recently? I haven't heard of him being sighted near me since October, but upper Mass seems to keep getting random restocks.

No I'm good on Sentinels. I would like an extra Galactus for the boy if anyone sees him at Marshall/TJ Maxx. But I'm guessing the chances of him showing up again are slim to none.
My boy is good on figures anyway. Santa is set and ready to drop a load of toys at my house and his birthday presents are bought too for his party in February. |

Hey Beam, just out of curiosity, did the Leader Sentinels electronic talking gimmick work? I saw another one yesterday but his chest button for the talking mouth feature wouldn't work. Someone probably busted it. Also, do any of you guys collect the Iron Man figures? Like the blue carded Armored Avenger line? I saw a ton of those yesterday.

I got my FSS today and I had them shipped regular mail so I'm happy to see them show up so quick.
A friend found 4 of the CTS figures at CTS in Falmouth. Not sure when she bought them since I just got them from her as part of a Christmas gift. No cobra soldier or shipwreck. |

If so I'd take any and all of them. My son and I love that show. If not I'm good. Marshall's has had a ton of Iron Man figures, I think later waves from Iron Man 2 line. Last edited by BEAM; 12-22-2012 at 09:51 PM.. |
