Between the weak Prof X assortment, no word on the Nova/Puck/Angel wave, and this bit of news, the regulars on the MU thread went ape shit fearing it's the death of the MU line.

Avengers Assemble, Iron Man 3 & Ultimate Spiderman Toys

I'll wait for some photos but it doesn't look good at first glance. Target audience is definitely kids (no smart ass comments about all toys being aimed at kids, you know what I mean by kid focused). I expect Avengers movie figures level articulation or less.

And come on Hasbro, we're months away from the 3 pack releases and no word on WCA or Super Team 3. They're just screwing over the e-tailers at this point. Who wants to pre-order when you don't know what you're getting.

The Avengers pack I seen in the target advertisement ..its all the figures that have already been released...there's 8 figures I think?...fury,black widow,iron man, Hawkeye, Thor, Cpt America ,and Loki...

I'm still thinking Mockingbird, which will make the pack worth it.

Mockingbird, Tigra, Old School Wonderman (thinner and in the red jacket) would be my dream West Coast Avengers pack.
