Where did you see that? I only see a Mike Nesmith/Monkees tribute style band Loose Salute. Peter Tork is a mainstay at this show so I'm surprised he's not listed yet. He lives nearby in CT. Mickey Dolenz finally made an appearance last year or two years ago, I forget.

I'm not holding out hope Stan "The Man" Lee will make it. His recent health problems worry me. However, the man does seem like a workhorse and wouldn't want to disappoint the fans.

I'm definitely getting David Prowse's autograph for my growing Star Wars signature collection. I'm on the fence about Sean Young and Bruce Boxlietner. I don't normally go outside of SW for autographs but each were in crucial film of my youth. Funds might be a little tight following RI Comic Con.

I noticed 2 new additions: Jimmy "Mouth of the South" Hart and Tanaka.

Peter Tork's band was secd to paly as well, not sure when they dropped out!! I was so looking forward to seeing him!

I am praying for Stan Lee, he did just make to to NYCC but ddin't look all that healthy

This will be my 3rd Megafest. It's a lot of fun but they are really bad at crowd control/getting the line of people inside. Really hoping to see Stan Lee and VARIOUS ACTION FIGURES! Glad my favorite Ghostbuster Ernie Hudson will be in attendance!

Shouting "Excelsior!" for 60+ years will take a toll on one's health. Being only 38, I'm far removed from Stan Lee's importance as a comic writer. To me he's always been more of a personality ... the face of Marvel. It will be a sad day when he's gone. If he shows, it will be New England's last chance to meet him.

there are a few Joebros in Somerville that I know of. I just recently moved from Malden, to Framingham, to Waltham, to Cambridge (long story), so Im in the area as well.

I'm going on Sunday. I think comic book conventions are the worst place for me to buy comics. I don't really like rummaging through long boxes. It's pretty fun looking at all the people though, and sometimes you can find cool toys.

I actually have been in Somerville a year now, but grew up here as did my wife, we moved into her folks 1st floor apt b4 we got married.

I did not know about that group, just sent a add request!
