Have you ever ordered something large on ebay and thought I'll get it off the step and put it away before the wife gets home. Then she gets a new job where she is home an hour before you and realize, oh man I'm going to have to explain why I need another new tank. "its a SDCC exclusive" means nothing to some people.
Then around the time it is supposed to be delivered, she tells you she is going out dinner with friends. You keep checking the USPS tracking # and the item still says it is sitting in Springfield. You hope the system is just slow to update.
Today is one of those days. Pray for me and the speed of the US postal service my friends.

A silent prayer will be said for you mike000. I try to avoid this issue by having things sent to my work. It works well on everything except ebay. Since my home address is all over everything there due to paypal being the only way you can pay. But you probably already have thought or know of this.

In my experience, if it's not listed as having passed through your local PO branch, you're not getting it. But perhaps the Lord will smile on you today and you'll escape unscathed.

I'm home on Mon and Wed. That gives me a 40 percent chance of getting to them before her. Luck has been on my side recently. For the longest time I had packages mailed to my parents house so I didn't have to hear "what the fuck is wrong with you" anymore. The lull was been great, other than SDCC/OG I've had nadda sent here. And I've gotten to it before her. Plan on tomorrow.

I used to send everything to my parent's house, but my mom rats me out; she seems to take some sick pleasure in it, ha.
It was perfect when I got home an hour and a half before her. Her first day of the new hours, three packages arrived. D'oh! And of course I pre-ordered a few Hobbit figures that TRU decided to ship in two seperate orders. All will come this week. I just hope she buys some shoes so she can't complain.

Just wondering if any of you guys were @ tru in Woburn around 6 last night? I had gone back to grab a Scarlett witch I passed on for mike time, and there was a dude there that already grabbed it. Just wondering if it was on of us.
