Shadowninja- I figured out which "super-posable" ones you were referring to before, and these are not them- these ones at TRU are the cartoony-looking ones. The 4 turtles are being released as "classics" but aren't in stores (yet), BBTS has them here: TMNT 6" Retro Collector's Figure Series 01 - Set of 4 - Ships to USA Only - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012) Figures

No love for Splinter or April. My son and I already busted them open and played with them for as long as my old man body could sitting on the floor. Now he's watching Turtles Forever on YouTube and "tempering how cool the Ninja Turtles are".

Y'know, it's funny, looking back now I think I'm glad I did not obtain an SDCC Bruticus. I can instead buy the Awesome Ruination version with new heads, better colors, extra weapons (that are new and bigger), Impactor, Roadbuster, Whirl, Twintwist, Topspin, and it will all cost me $50-40 less than the SDCC Bruticus whose higher price seems solely for it's over-sized, wasteful, packaging.

Still, teasing fans for months with the video game accurate version, only to reveal that it's a limited SDCC exclusive set was a fucking travesty. You know everyone wanted that set the most to begin with, even before it's exclusivity was announced. Now everyone else only has super-bright LSD color fun-time Bruticus, Generation Two just as crazily colored Bruticus, and re-purposed into Autobots Ruination to look forward to.
