OK guys since things are pretty quiet toy wise for the next two months or so, been looking for a few things online.. Had a question for anyone who ordered from the joe club (sensitive subject these days, I know)
I'm looking into buying some club stuff off ebay. They are on sale for about Trooper level prices with free shipping. I know what I could get them for at Officer level. There is about $50 difference. I know the Club has really expensive shipping, do you know roughly the club's shipping fees? You can't put anything in a basket right now to calculate it. Trying to see if the prices are closer when I factor in shipping....and the store eventually opens again.

speaking of which, the Hobby bunker got in some star wars vehicles (classic ones) and figures for sale if interested (a lot of Phantom Menace and classic vehicles.) some as cheap as 5 bucks. check them out. ...on another note, anyone in Mass have any random male heads? (joe or star wars) let me know and I will buy them off you... Mike I honestly couldnt tell you, I usually bought my Joecon stuff at joecon, including club offerings, to avoid shipping costs, and sometimes they discount items. I remember in Rhode Island joecon they MASSIVELY discounted the ROC stuff, Got some good deals.,

Just mailed in my check for the club membership (even though I was already paid up through April). Looking forward to Claymo- I mean Footloose! Seriously though, he looks Pretty good.
Anyone have MOC "Staff Strike Sif" from the Thor movie line for sale or trade? I saw one months ago but foolishly left it behind. |

there are two techno vipers and a ripcord left as of this morning (and a techno viper at Stop n shop) fyi there is also a BOGO 50% off on marvel and star wars at TRU. Target unfortunetly has all Hasbro figs priced at 10.50 for some stupid reason.

Thanks Fast Draw, but I am looking for the flaming moth sets. I have the Pacific set, need the other 3. Trying to figure out if it is better to wait for the club to open their store again. Or pay a little more on ebay with free shipping.

Larry Hama will be at Hub Comics in Somerville Saturday April 7th if anyone is around. Tim the new owner is a HUGE Joe fan, and is putting out a book over the next 2 months that is 12 years in the making of things he has collected over the years, both released and unreleased stuff. I didn't know how big of a fan he was untill there was a local blog about him
LITSCENE: HUB COMICS’ TIM FINN [UNCUT] | DigBoston But I'm excited that the local store that I go to is pulling in Larry Hama, great that Larry is coming to a small business. I'm not a autograph person, but I want to shoot the shit with the guy. It's my kids 2nd birthday that day, so we have to go.

Decided on a whim to go out to the Woburn area earlier. Ended up grabbing a Storm Shadow at the Woburn TrU. They had at least 4-5 each of Ripcord, Tunnel Rate and Scarlett, as well as 2 each Renegades troopers and Technovipers.
Wasn't going to grab SS, but since I didn't find anything I was actually looking for, I decided to just to make the trip worthwhile. As far as Hub Comics on April 7th, I think I may need to make a trip out there for that....I'm still kicking myself in the ass for missing the chance to meet Peter Laird(TMNT co-creator) at That's Entertainment a few years ago.
