Yah, I thought it was odd to see him in a store at this point in time. I even double checked the dates to see if maybe it was a new batch, but still says 2009.

This was at the Worcester Target. I did also see Jean Grey and Shadow Cat there.

Who's shadowcat? Is that the same as kitty pride? I juat don't know all of these flamboyant marvel goons, just the ones I like. Anyway, didn't see those characters there amongst the older ones.

you are correct sir. hit watertown yesterday and saw remnants of the new wave. luck person who got to see a case there.

2 weks ago my main Target stocked 2 cases of what I think was the second or third wave from last year. They sold through fast though since that Target basicly stocked nothing for MU all of last year so thy were new for people here. Yesterday they had finished the latest reset and had stocked 8 pegs of wave 17. I grabbed a Dark hawkeye since I had already bought Psylocke and Storm from somebody here.

Spent the day driving around the Boston and surrounding areas, here're the notables:

Watertown Target: Renegades Scarlett...I only mention because it was $10.39!!!

Hanover WM: Airtight, Technoviper, Renegades Trooper and Lifeline. They were on a single unmarked peg in the Hotwheels section oddly though.

Abington Target: 2 each of Scarlett and Ripcord, but they also were $10.39.

Abington WM: Air-tight and Renegades Trooper. They also had Avengers Tech Assault Armor for both Iron Man and Capt. America. Same mold, just repainted. Kinda wishing I grabbed one since no other stores had em.

Brockton WM: 2 Empty pegs and 1 peg with most of wave 3, each peg had a tag "GI Joe Single Figure $1.00", with no other joe tags anywhere. So I brought 5 to the counter with one of the tags. They refused, citing "Human Error Law", which I can't seem to find any info on.

Natick Walgreens: 2 Technovipers at $10.99 each.

I found a full case of wave 4 at TRU yesterday. $8.99 each.

Yikes. You went from Watertown to Hanover? Don't get me wrong, I love a good retail hunt more than most, but at $3.80+ per gallon, I cringe to think what you spent on gas. Did you even buy anything?

Actually, I know the accessories, paint, figures etc are all different but I believe they're slightly different molds as well- I was studying them at Dedham TRU (they have at least 10 of each on the shelves) and I think they're different. I don't know, I could be wrong though.

HA, sounds like something a Brockton TRU worker would say. I generally try to steer clear of Brockton most of the time but I occasionally find a few gems there. Ever go into that Walmart? It's one of the worst ever, almost as bad as the Framingham Walmart.

I added 2 more Techno-Vipers to the roster yesterday, got them at Stop & Shop for $9.99 each.

I ended up with a TF Prime Soundwave and Vehicon Legion and a couple Scarletts and Ripcords to sell online later. Found a 2nd MU Archangel I think in Marlboro, but I'm still hesitant on opening one. Also found a ska CD I had been looking for, so that alone made the trip worth it.

It was more of a big loop: Marlboro to Watertown to Somerville then Hanover, evenually ended up in Brockton and Dedham before making my way back home. I don't mind the gas since I love driving my car so much...just wish I didn't have to get premium.

That Tru seemed ok, if a lil desolate, actually had 2 people ask if I needed help. But yeah, I don't think I'll be going back to the Brockton WM because of that manager's attitude and what I'm still not convinced is a real law in MA.

Your Stop & Shops are much better than mine out here, I have yet to find a single worthwhile figure at any.
