Sorry man, no luck from my end. I have 2 of each slaughter (1 sealed, 1 MOC) but nothing for sale. Did you try eBay? He's still pretty steep in price but if you're lucky you can find him in the $50-$80 range.

Yeah. I don't think I have the cash for that set right now. Great price for what it is IMO though. Really digging the Mercer. As far as Low-Light and Spirit, I'm thinking Low-Light's POC release was a lot better and well, Spirit, I'm still trying to see if I can get a TRU one for a lot cheaper. Maybe with these sets, the TRU Spirit will drop down in online prices from all these scalpers.

Not sure if you are familiar with preordering from them, but they will not charge your credit card until the item is in stock. Looks like it won't be shipping until late December.

I do everything with PayPal and I think PayPal takes the money immediately from you to cover it and pay for it. That's just what I've noticed from every site that does pre orders that only charges when it shipped, I've been charged immediately every time with PayPal.

That's true, but I don't think you can use paypal in BBTS at all, they only accept payment by "credit card", which I found out this morning when I ordered my sets.

Under thier FAQ, BBTS says they accept paypal for pre-orders but I recall only seeing the credit card as the only option, too. I recall there being some disclaimer in the check out about "why BBTS only accepts credit cards on pre-orders". Or maybe that was only with the Pile O' Loot.

I'm thankful for credit cards but they are a curse. I don't have the self control not to use it. But there are times I really need it when I don't have enough cash on me.
