I do have respect for MOST of the fellow tankers I've had the privilege of meeting. dgnr82 for example hooked me up with the MU Deadpool 2 pack..which by the way Deadpool looks very nice on my Deadpool shelf..but I am aware that I will probably not be able to hook him up with anything because he has the south county area pretty much locked down and I always see him scoring figures. I will admit I have lost respect for a couple of people on here, and I am sure the feeling is mutual, which I'm fine with. In the end, people will think what they want, regardless if it's the truth or lies. People sometimes hit spots in their lives that force them to make choices..sometimes tough ones. I had to make a choice that my love for collecting did not take priority over current life situations, hence I had to sell off alot of my collection. Not because I wanted to but I HAD to. Now I just collect my absolute favorite characters like Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow. Would I love to have a full blown GI Joe collection again..sure! But right now that's just not an option. People judge based on what they choose to find out, and sometimes perception isn't always reality. Anyway, got way off topic here.

By the way, I have helped out of state tankers on the buy/sell/trade threads. I know you said you don't like to pay for shipping, but pm me what you're looking for and when I'm out I'll see if I locate anything you're looking for.

No problem, thanks for your understanding and sorry again if we got off on the wrong foot- hopefully none of my buying/collecting practices hinder you from getting what you're after (especially because I don't often go out to the Worcester area too much anymore), and despite what anyone else says, you can definitely rely on most of us here to find what you're looking for, just send a PM and ask!

Sorry man- that paint app comment wasn't meant to be a personal jab at you! I remembered after I posted it that you actually have had experiences with that and felt bad. I was honestly just listing that, and package condition as common examples of why people sometimes pass on figures that to me don't seem as important (I can easily touch up a messy figure in my workshop and also open most of mine except for one of each character, so card condition seldom is a deal breaker for me either). But I'd have to agree with you if I was in the position of buying just one of everything and wanted the most perfect representation of it as possible. I've noticed that at times like these, beggars can't be choosers though, so snatch up any joes that you find!

I usually post in the CT board but I'm as close to a Mass tanker as you get (I live in Enfield, about 2 miles from the MA border).

If anyone has a wave 4 Destro, General Hawk and Shadow Tracker they are looking to get rid of at retail let me know. Since everyone here seems to be so keen about grabbing rare figures and not 'scalping them'

My area has been DRY for Joes forever. Wall Mart in East Windsor had 3 cases of wave 1 30th, of which the only thing left are 2 Stalkers. I never did see any of the Low Light wave on pegs here.
