As Beam said, there was no "personal invitation", just what we had clearly discussed publicly here on the MA and RI boards.

This isn't a secret club, just a group of easy-going guys that collect, trade, and talk joes. I was just trying to be nice by posting that reminder, I honestly wasn't expecting any sarcastic responses to it.

I checked the previous pages and didn't see any info given on the time and place for the meet..but whatever..I'm done..never said it's a secret club but it is apparent certain ppl go out of their way to exclude others..

Hey SS, I feel your pain bro. It sux when you go out of your way for folks and they don't appreciate it. That said, I think a big reason we can't get a good group going is because, outside of Joe, a lot of us have nothing else in common. I've met up with a few of the people on here, but we all live pretty far from each other, and once you've driven an hour to get to their house, apt. whatever, you can talk Joe for a while but then what? Personally I try to find additional common interest with other folks, but it mostly seems to go one way. What can you do? Once I get my house, I expect to start having a regular get together and all will be invited.

I agree TH..my issue is this..for a while, when there was a meet, I was contacted directly thru txt or pm..then that stopped..but I'm like ok whatever not gona worry about that..but then I hear that meets have happened, and I never saw the details on a thread like the exact time and location nor was I contacted directly. I have helped ppl out on here, picked things up for them and given heads up on where stuff is..but if this is the way I'm going to be treated, to hell with it. Just today I saw 2 blue shirts, 2 hazard vipers and 2 vipers..1 of the vipers were misnamed with firefly..but you know what, I didn't pick them up..knowing there are ppl still looking for those, and I'm sure some ppl would be interested in the misprint..but now i'm just gona treat ppl on here the way I've been treated..and if ppl reading this are going to get offended, I don't care cuz quite honestly, no one cared that I was not extended the common courtesy that I showed others on here nor was extended the same others on here were extended to.

If someone or some ppl wana purposely exclude me from meets and such, fine. But man up and tell me 1 on 1..don't let me find out from 2nd hand knowledge or seeing that posts from ppl that attended meets I had no idea about..it's partly surprising on my part because based on how I treated others on here and vice versa, it kinda pisses me off..but hey whatever man..good luck on the new house though that's good news man..
